Hi, I’m Jenna!
I’m an introvert, an INFJ, and a Highly Sensitive Person. And self discovery is my passion.
As the only introvert in an extroverted family, I always felt different. I was often told that my quiet, think-before-you-speak nature wouldn’t allow me to succeed. I was encouraged to change who I was to fit in.
Now, I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to do that. We quiet types can do just fine—better even—if we lean in to our introverted nature instead of pretending to be extroverts.
- I’ve had loved ones call me “boring” for not going to parties.
- I’ve endured the physical symptoms of too much socialization.
- I’ve been told I wasn’t right. And I believed it. I internalized it.
But I’m done. It’s time to embrace what makes us great as Introverts and start carving out our own place in this world. Because doing anything else isn’t acceptable.
Pretending to be extroverted isn’t going to help us get ahead. It’s only holding us back. And it’s dangerous to our self-worth, our confidence, and even our bodies.
I’ve dedicated my life to finding a way that works for me. And I’m here to share everything I’ve learned with you, too, so that you can start to tune in to your own unique needs and reach for your true and full potential.
Join me on this journey, won’t you?
